And Millennium Hotel Sirih is the solution. I booked this hotel with very good rate and spend 2 nights. I think you cannot find any other good hotels with such cheap rate from HolidayCity's service even though breakfast is not included. I spent only 52 US$ per night for 4 stars hotel.

Thanks aircon was not cold , despite turning the thermostat at 17 degrees.
