I booked the Millenium off the internet simply as a tay over to catch a flight out of Queenstown the following day. My wife and I were made most welcome by the courteous & attentive staff, we dined that evening in the restaurant and were very impressed with the quality and the presentation, our check the next morning was carried out with courtesy and efficency. I would reccommend highly to all of our friends and associates their next stay at the Millenium.

some misunderstandings during the check-in and check-out; I even have 2 credit card receipts, and hope I've not paid twice! a most comfortable room

The hotel should not have allowed over 100 people to come into the bar area and make a huge noise when others, including us, were having a meal the television was very inadequate, given that there was 'sky' programmes there could have been a mich better range. Why hotels use CNN news is amazing as few have a good word to say for it (outside rthe US)

It was good, when they finally gave us the room we had ordered. there must've been confusion because we had ordered a king size bed but got 2 king singles. was sorted in the end.
