The service of all staff was superb, especially in the restaurant - every body friendly and courteous The room was beautiful, clean and extremely comfy

I spent very little time in the hotel (most of the time was at a conference and conference functions) so I didn't really get to fully utilise the facilities or service so my comments are based on limited experience. Major problem was generally poor lighting and in particular bedside lighting was not good enough for reading in bed.

PREVIOUSLY USED HOTEL ON THE PARK. FOUND THE LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL MUCH BETTER WE RECEIVED AN UPGRADE ON ARRIVAL. EXCELLENT ROOM AND FACILITIES

Everyone was helpful and very polite we couldnt find the pric elist for the mini bar.

Was impressed with the hotel. Good position, handy to all amenities with a good carpark service attended to by your staff. Was very impressed by your lift serrvice. Never have we experienced such a good lift service, the lift was always there with absolutely no waiting which impressed us both. Value for Money aspect I had to rate as Excellent due to the fact of the upgrade!! An excellent room. More than adequate for our needs as we were upgraded to a suite...... Nice views, room was well serviced, no blemishes and general maintenance was to a good standard.

Very well positioned I work in the industry as a General Manager in Brisbane. The service, presentation was fantastice, all should be congratulated.
