Good hotel location. Reservation and room confirmation was fast and check in had no issues.

Perhaps to provide more complimentary transport to other locations in the city The room is well furnished and is lovely decorated. What is needed is a small writing/working table if you can find the space...

cigeratte smell in the toilet thru the exhaust fan was bad. we had booked non smoking floor but the room allocated was on the ground floor which was not our chice and need to shift to 5th floor(smoking floor)

I've requested for a pool-view room. However, upon arrival was informed that room not available (this has been confirmed 2 weeks ago)

The reservation staff is very friendly especially the staff by the name izan she is very helpful.The porter and the security also helpful.except the F and B manager.We entiltle to the ambassoder room(that is to surf the internet)So my children also were with us.I was told by the waitress that after he was gone that do not let the kids in the room and it do not said infront of the door that no kids allow.why he did not tell us straight.My kids did not disturb anything only they take beverage that was serve in there and it is meant for the guest anyway.I did not see him then if nnot I would tell him off.And during breakfast at the coffee house they are so hurry to clear the table even we're not finish with our breakfast.And I was told the F and B manager is little stuck-up.Infact we were there for 3 times within 1 month and I like the place and will be back there recommed it to all. The room is very clean fully equip and very comfortable

Great for a family "getaway" from the city life, even though it is so close to the centre of the City. Nice pool & jacuzzi. Breakfast needed more variety. Nice to have shuttle service to shopping areas, but wished there was more frequency.

The location was a little away from KL centre but the ammenities and the excellent service by the hotel staff more than made up for it. The use of the Ambassador club was a very good perk. My appreciation and thanks to the staff of MiCasa. The rooms were very nice to stay in and had all facilities. I particularly liked the use of DVD player in the hall.

IT IS A COMFORTABLE HOTEL. Bathroom cleaning could be better.It generally had an unpleasant smell.

A little out of the way, but free shuttle and good service compensated. Generally geared up for visitors from the Middle east. Only minor comment would be that the room could have had a king-size bed with twin beds rather than 2 sets of twin beds

Securities were done even in the elevator. That was good. But we couldn't play tennis because we didn't have rackets. Who brings rackets to hotels as travelers? It was good that each of three rooms(two bedrooms and living) had air-conditioners. And it was cleaned neatly. But some trashes were under the beds.

location is good, not very far from attractions, complimentary coach service is provided, though taxis are not expensive. breakfast and cocktails were excellent. very comfortable and spacious rooms, ideal for families with young children.

Good staff. Please maintain the place and don't price out those who can really enjoy such facilities and hospitalities - The not-so-rich. The room-makers deserve some pat on their shoulders and some rewards in their paychecks. I did that already,:)

The lobby should be fully air cond. The room satisfied the needs for 4 adults and we are very happy with the accommodation.

I was rather upset by the rude waitress during my buffet breakfast at the hotel. My friends and I was about to finish our breakfast but she rudely inform us that breakfast time finished already and we should leave the restuarant immediately. I did not mind leaving as I understand the hotel staff need to prepare for lunchtime. But the manner where the staff inform us was rather upsetting.

We were unable to occupy our room until after 6pm but we were at least able to negotiate a slightly later (2pm) checkout time.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. The pool area is in need of renovation, but apart from that it is really very good. We had a 2-bedroom deluxe suite which was very large and of a very high standard. Having stayed at MiCasa twice now, I can say that the weak point is the bathrooms, which need to be renovated.

The hotel is under staff. Breakfast in the morning at the hotel restaurant is like a zoo. Too many customers standing around to be waited and too few staff to clear and clean tables.

the swimming towels should be near the pool and not in the basement toilets areas. Shuttle bus should be air-conditioned. Should have some indoor plants for the homely feelings
