We got an upgrade and this changed everything. Much better room, bed and internet service.
This hotel is well located Specially when there is lot of snow in the streets.

The Met is a good bet

Really nice hotel with a great pool and hot tub - open till 11 PM. Internet prices were better than calling the hotel directly. Wifi should be free in rooms. The passing out water and ice in the afternoon was a lovely service. Nice location.

It was a pleasure staying in Metropolitan Hotel, however, I'd like to bring couple of things that can be improved. A wireless internet connection wouldn't hurt and it should be free instead of charging extra for something thats virtually free. Having milk and cream options for coffee & Tea would be great instead of powder milk bags and finally if you can leave more than two tea bags that would be great. That's my two cents, next time I'll stay with you to find out if this email has any affect or I just wasted my time. Cheers,
