Summer Place – Chinese Restaurant
A sophisticated fine dining restaurant that offers authentic Chinese cuisine. Elegant rosewood decor; spacious but warm and inviting. Specialties include iceberg lettuce wrapped with a wonderful mixture of chicken and water chestnuts, which is then dipped into a plum sauce. The Chef's Special is the aromatic crispy duck, whilst the BBQ spare ribs remain a family favourite.

The Oak Room – Cocktail Lounge
A classical cocktail lounge with an alluring English library style located in the hotel Lobby. It is an ideal place for pre-dinner drinks or to retire to after a sumptuous dinner. A pianist provides live entertainment to complete the evening.

Don Corleone – Italian Restaurant
Restaurants are renowned for opening and often closing even quicker. Fish Bazaar – Thai Seafood Restaurant

How it works is you take a shopping basket and choose your selection of fish and vegetables from the large display, then select the style of cooking you prefer. The Red Lion – British Pub
One of the oldest British pubs in Dubai offers an informal yet traditional pub atmosphere, with a great selection of beers on tap and typical 'pub grub' in a relaxing environment.
