1. Staff in general is pleasant. 2. Location of hotel is good - very close to Tin Hau metro station and a door-step away to the airport express A11 bus station. 3. It would be good if the room is a bit bigger.

My impression of the Metropark Hotel is very poor for the following reasons:

1. The smell of cigarette smoke is unbearable. Poor ventilation is the cause - can also be explained by heavy condensation on the windows.

2. Service at the coffee shop is way below standard. I
ordered coffee and warm milk for my son. The coffee was just warm. I have to ask them to heat it up for me.
The milk was served in a coffee cup. Both drinks cost
HK$48 each plus 10% service. The quality and service do not justify for the price they charge. It's a shame that a 3/4 stars hotel could be run in this manner. It reminds me of the hotels in China back in the 80's.

3. No one was around at the entrance to help us getting a taxi when we left.

I spent two nights in this hotel and it was a good stay. Nice room and good service.

I was quite disappointed with the experience at the Metro Park Hotel. Despite the friendly and helpful service, the hotel room was one of the smallest I have ever stayed in. The bed was more like a 1.5 single than a double. Some of the bathroom accessories packets were empty.

The roof top terrace, had a great view, but I was disappointed with the size of the pool. They were also very few sun lounges for guests to use. My disappointment continued when we had to wait for breakfast, because the dining room was full. I certainly won't be staying there again.

I, personally, don't need facilities Room serviced twice a day, which is unusual.

Second time I have stayed there. Only problem is the location is not the best

The room is quite small. I was hoping for a bath tub too. Anyway, the bathroom is quite impressive even without a bath tub.

The only bothering thing in this hotel was the elevator; waiting to much time to get to/from the room.

Never had such excellent from helpful and friendly staff. The best ever! Bed was quite firm, which was ok for us, but could be too firm for some. More than 2 tea bags per day would be excellent if possible.

Right across from an MTR entrance, within easy walking distance of the central shopping area. Very handy for tourism. Upgraded my room for free. Good room, great view.
