Is it worth for the money? The smell of cigarette smoke is unbearable. Poor ventilation is the cause - can also be explained by heavy condensation on the windows. 2. Service at the coffee shop is way below standard. I ordered coffee and warm milk for my son. The coffee was just warm. I have to ask them to heat it up for me. The milk was served in a coffee cup. Both drinks cost HK$48 each plus 10% service. The quality and service do not justify for the price they charge. It's a shame that a 3/4 stars hotel could be run in this manner. It reminds me of the hotels in China back in the 80's. 3. No one was around at the entrance to help us getting a taxi when we left.

Nice room and good service.

Despite the friendly and helpful service, the hotel room was one of the smallest I have ever stayed in. The bed was more like a 1.5 single than a double. Some of the bathroom accessories packets were empty. The roof top terrace, had a great view, but I was disappointed with the size of the pool. They were also very few sun lounges for guests to use. My disappointment continued when we had to wait for breakfast, because the dining room was full. I certainly won't be staying there again.
