The hotel met our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially on one occasion when there seemed to be some problem in the kitchen, and one of the breakfasts we ordered arrived with part of the order missing, and the other meal didn't
... arrive at all. The cost of the meal was refunded and an alternative meal was quickly prepared.
one of the main attractions of this hotel is its location. We enjoy walking and it's an easy stroll into the heart of the city, to the parks or riverside, or to the railway station. For this reason we have stayed there several times and recommended the hotel to friends who have also stayed there.
