Pool not heated. Spa dirty and not warm enough.Couldn't really use either of these amenities. Difficult to get in and out of parking accomodation. Stay was adequate for what we needed but that was all. Walls dirty and in need of a paint. Bathroom in need of renovation.

Restaurant food not great Bathroom needs upgrading. Room rather tired but clean

Although my wife and i had to leave within two days of arrival due to a family bereavment, we were quite impressed with your hotel and service. We do intend coming back to Sydney witin the next month or two and will certainly stay with you again.

Unfriendly reception staff. Booked superior room but unsure if I received one. Booking stated wine in room but none received - only water!

The hotel was in a good location for us. Not far for travelling. Very quite at night. Hotel staff very helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, everthing we needed was in room. Only thing that annoyed me was the running of the fan in bathroom all day all night. Otherwise everything was fine.

The staff of the hotel had a very friendly and helping approach and it was one of the most important positive points of the hotel. Because we were 3 people the most important things were about size and space of room and the insufficient number of chairs and sofa(even for 2 people!!),the other thing was about the very small window that didn't have a good view.It was very diffrent from what I saw in advertising!!??

Would have used a gym/pool if available. However we thought the hotel was value for money. Room was fine (no outlook to speak of, but that is OK for centre of city)

great location - easy walking to most downtown attractions clean & modern, very comfortable

The Hotel was of good standard. Close to train station and short trip to airport.

A little bit noisy because of traffic on the streets near by.

The shower tap is leaking during the time i stayed in that room

the room was very clean and tidy though smaller than i thought for a superior room

I found the staff extremely helpful, who smiled a lot so this presented the hotel well. It was centrally located in town so everything was within easy access. The room was excellent, except that I found that when I ran out of Shampoo and moisturiser, these were not subsequently filled up again over my 6 day stay!

If I had had the room that I had payed for....... I stayed in a superior room in this hotel during November 2005. (room 604)

Taking everything into consideration, this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would stay there again without hesitation. We were very pleased with the room and the Walk In shower was a very pleasant extra.

some problems with shower

My request was for 1 big bed and was given two small beds in a very small room, only my 2nd night I was given a better room with a big bed. The Asian receptionist (cant remember the name of the girl)was very unfriendly and the attitude of the girl can really spoil the image of the hotel. Other than that the rest of the front desk employee was ok. The bathroom need repairing or renovation. The sink pipe leaking. one of the bulb light was out. The plug to boil water was underneath the table and not within reach..have to crawl underneath the table inorder to fix the plug to boil water. Can imagine the difficulties for senior citizen with weak knee if they need to make their own drink.

Staff not very knowledgeable. Did not know of places to eat in tne nearby area. Did not help in a timely manner with a problem with the closet doors. False fire alarm went off requiring emergency evacuation of the room. Room was fine and was well serviced although somewhat small.
