The location was great! The rooms were so nice and clean! The staff was great too! I'd stay there again.

I have in the past paid less for a hotel of the same standards, which also includes breakfast. This is the only reason I chose #2 in the Value for money section

Staff not very friendly or helpful bathroom had an odour permanantly, had to keep door shut at all times.Room otherwise clean

Lack of car parking facility, and the cost of the alternative, discourages us from returning unfortunately, although the service was fine.

Rather unfriendly barman serving breakfast but generally very friendly and helpful staff.

Small,cramped reception area with not many staff. Efficient security card system. Although the booking was for 5 nights we were disappointed that we were placed in a small room with next to no hanging space and no drawer space.

better advertising of the hotel happy hour and any other activities would be good

Room was far from superior. Did not relate to photo on website. Very noisy air conditioning unit requiring earplug. View from window was a brick wall. Had to crane our necks to see the sky!
