Bit disappointed at the fact that we booked well in advance and requested a smoking room as both guests are heavy smokers only to find out that we were given a non smoking room on arrival, had we known this prior to checking in i would have looked for a hotel which could have offered us a smoking room, besides this issue everythig else was above expectation.

Broadband connection at A$9/hour - even for a quick download is a complete rip off. Reminds me of early Sydney hotel telephone charges. some plugs were not working.

Hotel was very central and good value. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nice touch to have personal greeting on tv screen in room upon arrival.

Friendly, courteous staff who were also very helpful Loved the toiletery dispensers in bathroom (and shower) - much more user friendly

would like a dedicated corporate rate for next visits. The guy on the desk charged my collegue one price then tried to charge me more. was not happy and promised never to return. I also have to give all my address etc everytime I visit. I would come back ifd I had a profiel there as well as a dedicated price

the counter staff and reception are accommodating. message promptly despatched. the room is rather small.

The only negative thing that i have about the room is that the shower was not clean. It had mould growing in the corners.

Sleep disturbed at 3 am due to residents arriving in adjacent room which was interconnected, allowing noise through the door. Thereby not much sleep. They had probably arrived late in the Country. Possibly a sign to their room may prevent this. Otherwise good value and handy to everything.

The room was little bigger than a shoe box and the shower was broken! Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice decor. Next time would prefer a room with a view and an opening window or balcony. The room was nice and generally well equiped. There was no natural air flow in the room - no opening windows and the air conditioning didn't seem to work - so was a bit stuffy at night.

Room service took too long to get to our room. We would go out for the morning and early afternoon and return at about 2:30 pm for a rest. The room still hadn't been made up on any of the days we were there. This was unacceptable.

No view, window looked out to gap between buildings

The space of the closet is too small. The height is definitely not enough to hang a shirt!!

Why was I charged double for the first two nights. Was told it was Mardi Gras ... but that was Saturday, not Thurs and Friday
