Great location and close to everything. I think we ran out of hand lotion after 1st night.

on the second stay, we had to move rooms due to having been biten alive in the bed (the room also had many moths in it!!)after that the bed was fine.

Location excellent; near railwaystation and harbour. basic, clean. Room`s color was too dark.

The location was ideal, being close to all the city attractions. I found that the closeness of Town Hall station was perfect for getting to and from the Airport. A very comfortable room with adequate space to relax. I always find hotel bedding (ie quilt) too hot for comfort so was pleased that a blanket was available as an alternative.

The guys on the desk were great. Wish I had remembered their names. Thanks heaps.

I was expecting a twin bed but it was a queen.

Great location. Easy to find. Walking distance to everything CBD. Welcoming. Instead of getting 2 double beds we only got one. the hair-drier was good, but the kettle looked unhygenic.

On the Sunday evening that I arrived there were a number of obviously drunk people from the hotels around - and the results of their level of intoxication on the footpath. As a woman on her own with a noticable diability I did not feel safe walking around in the evening but the site was fine during the day Small but clean and functional

it served all our needs three years ago at this hotel we had flanels cutlery and a toaster

Staff very unhelpful when we wanted to check out early Given that we were staying in the room for one week, would have been nice to be in a bigger, less boxy room

Only spent 1 night so didn't explore hotel much... would have been nice if staff had details of restaurant / breakfast at hand when we asked... but we explored and found a wonderful breakfast at Macchiato's 5 minutes down the Street (sorry!) Room was great - interesting view of the wall opposite out of the window (but we didn't book it for the view so no problems!) Room size, comfort and facilities (great to have a proper fridge!) were superb

the front desk staff were pleasant, helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel could be improved, would increase the appeal of the hotel. one day my room did not get cleaned - i was out all morning i.e. from 9 am & returning at 3 pm. The offer was made to clean it then but I declined.

The normal beds were good but I was in a fold out bed and it wasn't very comfortable and was quite cold. a quilt would have been nice.

Good location but too few amenities, was rated a 4 star but I thought it did not match up. Too small, but overall comfortable.

It was a cosy and clean room that has been very well-maintained.

Decor a bit drab.

The Hotel and room were adequate for my needs on this occasion. I would be happy to stay again should the need arise. The complementary newspapers were appreciated also the more than generous supplies of tea and coffee. thank you. I appreciated the facility of being able to open the window rather than depend on air conditioning.

Service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and knowledgable the staff were. They were always happy to help. This might not be a five star hotel, but the service was of that calibre. The room was of a good size, decor was pleasant, and I was very impressed by how clean the room and ensuite were. The only thing missing from the shower stall was a tray on which to put toiletries. Could see that this had been removed as the supports were still there. Also, the toilet paper roll dispenser did not have a flared end, so the toilet paper roll fell off when you tugged on the end of the roll. Would be nice if the hotel could improve on these areas, but you could definitely live with what was there.

My wife left something in the room, and when I returned to Sydney 4 days later it was safely returned to us. Very comfortable
