Room had adjoining door(s) with next room - let a lot of noise in from the next room!

Hotel also tried to charge us an extra $70.00 over and above the price quoted when booked on the net. was told the room would accommodate 4 people but when two extra beds were put into a double room - well, we would have had to be midgets. I reckon it would even have been tight for 4 midgets

WE HAD TO ASK FOR A ROOM CHANGE BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS SMALL, BACKING ON TO THE LIFT AND WE WERE CONFINED TO THE AREA AROUND THE BED, THE HOTEL DID CHANGE THE ROOM AND THIS WAS OK.

Convenient location, very good reception staff, Very adequate for our needs.

The location can't be beat, it's not luxury, but it'll do, even if there're dead creatures on the curtains as long as it's just one per room. Skeleton of a small dead reptile clinging to the curtain in the room I was assigned tells me that they are not so thorough in cleaning the rooms.

Very hard to contact house keeping via telephone. Got into Voice message box. Holes and stains on bedsheet.

Room was quite good

Hotel location was perfect, right within the Shopping district and walking distance to the train station and many Sydney tourist sites. The Hotel staff was very friendly and accomdating to all our needs. Room was very clean and had a great view of the main street.

The room is a reasonably small size, however everything is contained very economically within.

A newspaper in the morning would be good. Did not like the lack of any view. Would have been helpful to have known this before booking it.
