A room to meet our requirements was found and the receptionist then made contact with your company to find out why booking details had not been forwarded and reported back outcomes as soon as possible. Always well serviced by friendly and accomodating staff.

Location and room were both excellent,really glad we stayed there. Only thing was that the bathroom door was broken, but was not a big problem.
