It' all about location, very convenient! Staff at the Reception are very friendly and try to help as much as possible with limited knowledge of main Melbourne attractions. Very impressed with folders in each room containing info re, shopping in Melbourne and how to get there. Perhaps it would be a good idea to include...eating guide. Overall great experience will stay there again no question there. Well done!

Amenities were good but were found to be slightly confined. The size was goos but slightly bigger would of provided more comfort. But for what we wanted it was excellent!

Overall very good value for money. The room was large, had many facilities and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. A word of warning about their sister hotel in Sydney (Pitt Street) which is far less nice and has absolutely terrible service.

Great friendly staff made our first trip to Melbourne very enjoyable. Cleanliness of room was quite average. Carpets in desperate need of a good clean. Housekeeping staff very friendly and obliging.

We were told there was a in room safe which there wasn't. The pumps in the bathroom did not work.

not aware of any facitities apart from lift. A gym would be welcome bathroom dispensers were not being filled when empty despite being left open to make it obvious.

Excellent rooms, quiet and private

The desk staff were excellent especially on our arrival when it was found that my internet booking had not been forwarded to Metro Apartments by your company. A room to meet our requirements was found and the receptionist then made contact with your company to find out why booking details had not been forwarded and reported back outcomes as soon as possible. Always well serviced by friendly and accomodating staff.

Great central location, walking distance to all our interests Very quiet, little noise from the surrounding buildings.

The pub closeby was quite noisy. Location and room were both excellent,really glad we stayed there. Only thing was that the bathroom door was broken, but was not a big problem.
