Location, location, location!!! Staff at the Reception are very friendly and try to help as much as possible with limited knowledge of main Melbourne attractions. Very impressed with folders in each room containing info re, shopping in Melbourne and how to get there. Perhaps it would be a good idea to include...eating guide. Overall great experience will stay there again no question there. Well done!

The size was goos but slightly bigger would of provided more comfort. But for what we wanted it was excellent!
