Pine Court Chinese Restaurant
With an impressive entrance walkway and chic yet dramatic Chinese-style
interior, the Pine Court Chinese Restaurant features contemporary
clean lines, subdued lighting and textures, as well as oriental
artefacts, making for an exquisite dining experience. Opens daily
for lunch and dinner, this restaurant features a refreshing and
contemporary interpretation of traditional Cantonese and Beijing
cuisine such as baked champagne-glazed rib with lily bud and baked
assorted diced seafood with cheese and mushroom in foie gras sauce.
Choose from the a la carte menu or the Chef’s specialties for lunch
or dinner. Private dining rooms are available upon request.

Chatterbox
Relocated to the 38th-39th floor of the Grand Tower, the
Chatterbox Restaurant has replaced the now-defunct Top of
the ‘M’ Revolving Restaurant. Famous for its award-winning
Mandarin Chicken Rice, Chatterbox now adopts an ultra-modern
vibrancy with its iconic colours of red, black and white,
re-energising its dining experience. Other mouth-watering
local favourites like Nasi Lemak, Lobster Laksa and Coconut
Ice-cream are also available, as well as an endless choice
of homemade pastries, cakes, breads, confectionaries and
other freshly-baked treats.

The Observation Lounge exudes a sophisticated yet relaxed
club environment with an enchanting view of Singapore’s
bustling cityscape. From a tempting array of flavourful
bite-sized Tapas, to delectable afternoon tea delights, the
Observation Lounge is the perfect venue for an afternoon
tete-a-tete or an important discussion with business
partners. Otherwise, simply unwind in the evenings with our
