Some staff courteous - others less than diplomatic. Complaints made to the Manager. Signage shocking- no one can find the place, or the reception! Service apartment means SERVICED - never saw a person for 5 days. Too bad if you are cooking and there is no where to put rubbish! Cleaning the rooms once a week stinks! 5 Star??? I don't think so
