We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly ! The hotel is basic for amenities ,food etc.and in need of a facelift in parts, however good value for money to travellers on short stay visits. A good taxi ride to the centre for shopping and night life.Traffic delays can mean it takes a while so you will need to be patient !

It was indeed value for money. The hotel location was cconvenient for me as I had my own car.

The shower curtain also needs to be replaced as clearly, it was very dirty. The complimentary drink/coffees are appreciated nevertheless. The lift censor was not working. The lift door suddenly closed and my little 3 yr old daughter nearly got caught in between it but luckily I was quick enough to pull her back. Perhaps the maintenance could see to this seriously. Apart from the above, i believe the hotel was given a new coat of blue coloured paint which looked nice and clean. Parking was great as the guard lock the gate at night n I have a peaceful night(coz of it!) Finding food/supper at night was no problem they are food stalls just next to the hotel. Breakfast was fine.
