A just nice room, so near to Tesco & jusco...so far the food served is not bad. Wireless in room is very helpful.

We were surprised that we had to go out of the hotel to reach the Annex Room but even though the room is small, it was quite comfortable. Since we were there during the Chinese New Year holidays, we felt that the price we paid was a little on the high side. Perhaps, it is a value for money accommodation during the off-peak period. However, overall we were quite satisfied with our stay especially the excellent staffs and wonderful buffet breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and service was great. During our stay, they offered to ferry us to the various destinations in town. They did not expect anything in return but of course, we wanted to tip them for their great service. The General Manager even drove us to town personally on Christmas eve! He even gave us a complimentary umbrella as it was raining. We were very touched by his thoughtfulness and sincerity.

The staff was polite and knowledgeable. The room rate consider affordable & reasonable for the size. My room air-corn not function well, it was very hot. The room curtain should consider change to sun out type. In addition, the room is a little bit old, so it look a little bit dirty.

It turns out that the for us, which the main purpose of visit Malacca is for leisure, to see the tourist objects, location of the hotel is rather far from the tourist objects. So taxi for going back & forth hotel-city are needed, which unfortunately: - taxis are not so easy to find E.g. when we ordered a taxi from hotel, we needed to wait around 15 minutes for the taxi to come. - needs to bargain, and not very cheap at all (from Mega Mall to the hotel, we asked 15 RM, but the driver asked 20 RM, but since there were not any taxi around, we had no choice). One hotel staff mentions that actually there is free transport to city/tourist objects, but she said that the driver is off on (every?) Saturday & Sunday, which it happens that I, if not many tourist, usually will travel on weekends. The service is not great at all, no staff offered to bring the luggage (and we're staying in different building). We also don't know that the hotel actually has 2 building, main one (has lobby, pool, etc) and new one, separated by road. We were put in the new one, the new one is actually not like hotel, no lobby, like dorm (i.e. you enter, come to stair case, enter your room, that's all), but what bugging us at night (past midnight) is that it seems that if people are using hot shower, it will make big sound, so we were not be able to sleep very well. The good thing is that the room is clean, aircon is also OK. Later when we traveled around the city, we checked some hotel which the price is around the same, but located in the city, so we find that this hotel is not very high value in money.

Our first visit to Melaka for over 30 years . We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly ! The hotel is basic for amenities ,food etc.and in need of a facelift in parts, however good value for money to travellers on short stay visits. A good taxi ride to the centre for shopping and night life.Traffic delays can mean it takes a while so you will need to be patient !

The hotel met my expectations. It was indeed value for money. The hotel location was cconvenient for me as I had my own car.

The room was clean except for the toilet floor/wall tiles which i think need a gd scrub as it seemed quite algy(algae). The shower curtain also needs to be replaced as clearly, it was very dirty.

The complimentary drink/coffees are appreciated nevertheless.

The lift censor was not working. The lift door suddenly closed and my little 3 yr old daughter nearly got caught in between it but luckily I was quick enough to pull her back. Perhaps the maintenance could see to this seriously.

Apart from the above, i believe the hotel was given a new coat of blue coloured paint which looked nice and clean. Parking was great as the guard lock the gate at night n I have a peaceful night(coz of it!) Finding food/supper at night was no problem they are food stalls just next to the hotel.

Breakfast was fine.

No pots and pans in the room despite having a pantry and stove, so we were unable to do any cooking.

toilet bath tub was dirty and tap need to be repaired.

Swimming pool need to be clean every morning. Toilet is dirty.

well upon booking,it was told that 1 additional bed will be given and i pai RM70 for it,but upon check in,only mattress was given..im a hotelier also in spore.i know how it works in hotel.front desk was very poor.no smile,greet or watsoever.but technicians were helpful.seriously was very upset with the service given and the room. well ya toilet soaps and shampoo need to be upgraded to better ones.install also minibar in the room as in soft drinks and hard driks which is chargeable.

More variety of food for breakfast. More clothes hangers in the wardboard.

The bedroom stinks. The apartment was not well maintained. Renovation maintenance works should be carried out. The toilet condition really put us down.

Lack of maintainance especially on the outlook of hotel. some smell on the sofa inside the room

Good guest repo and very understanding of customer needs Slow water heater which lets water run before reaching desired temp. Waste of water which is a pity of such waste

Nice place to be, foods are nice. Ms Jennifer the front desk exec is excellent Its a pleasant stay, just the way at home, cozy and comfortable.
