the position of the hotel was located near the railway station which is convenient. the staff were very helpful.

Was surprised that there was no dining room on site - but in the end it did not matter as we could go to your oother hotel with its wonderful views - the breakfast room at the Windsor was very adequate. Your hostess there was very friendly ad helpful ad I noticed that she remembered people who had clearly stayed there before and I liked that. Very quiet and comfortable - felt at home

Service was fabulous. You have great staff at this hotel. My only complaint was the noise, however not something that perhaps you can control on a Saturday night! Room was fine at reasonable rate. view not great but that not of prime concern.

could do with some colour

Maybe the spa could be a little bit hotter. No complaints. Maybe the lounge chairs did not really allow you to stretch out and relax.
