Recommendation:   By Miss.Won Chin Teh  Singapore Generally i am impressed with the location of the hotel. It is located at the centre of melbourne city, convenience and almost walking distance to all the attraction.
but i hope the hotel room will be soon refurbish soon so that it will have ... a better looking room, such as ensure the wireless/network cables and air-con working properly before letting enyone stay-in the room. Also the hotel should change the old model of tv, table, carpet is too old, etc.

Recommendation:   By Ms.Helen Keir Definately won't be staying at your hotel again - definately expect better for my money!. The room was very out-dated - the tiles in the bathroom were filthy, the bath tap fell off when used. The walls were very thin, meaning it was difficult to sleep ... if people in the room next door had their tv on. Couldn't believe the water pipes in my room, so everytime someone else turned on a tap or flushed a toilet, i heard the water pipes in my room. Would also point out this wasn't just my experience - heard three different couples asking at reception asking to change rooms becuase they had the same problem. The room and facilities needed a total overhaul and update.
