porters where very convenient it was great my bed was made every day, bathroom cleaned. the room was small, but it was ideal for 1 person only.

Refer to above: For Location, you should change the word 'good' to 'excellent'! Your counter staff are really helpful and gave excellent service at checking in, checking out and in-between. Really assets to your hotel, they are!. I especially love the idea of having a roomful of jackpot machines within the very hotel premises. Whoever thought of the idea must be given a bonus. What I especially like is that there is ample space for movement even though there are two single beds there. Another plus point is the microwave oven and the two sets of crockery, knives, forks and spoons. The room is bright, cheery and comfortable.

Internet access very expensive in this hotel I stayed in two different rooms. In the first room the shower was very dirty, with mould between the tiles. the second room had marks (spilt coffee) splattered on the wall, which could have been easily cleaned off

The location is great it enables you to walk around the city with ease

Fantastic buffet breakfast for $12.50, highly recommend it. Staff all the way through to night cleaners always helpful and courteous.

shower kept going from scolding hot to cold on occasions.

sunday night the resteraunt closed and i thought we had breakfast in the deal quilt had no cover and was also torn on one edge which was disgracefull as the cleaner should have seen this problem

Our accomodation was booked via email, but your web site was difficult to comprehend whether breakfast was inclused or not, (we thoght it was, so were disappointed to find it was an extra). Would suggest the web site be reviewed and the situation be clarified.

Very helpful reception staff - I was delighted with their asking if they would book a shuttle taxi for me to the airport on the day of departure.It was very handy to have it come right outside.

Definately won't be staying at your hotel again - definately expect better for my money! The room was very out-dated - the tiles in the bathroom were filthy, the bath tap fell off when used. The walls were very thin, meaning it was difficult to sleep if people in the room next door had their TV on. Couldn't believe the water pipes in my room, so everytime someone else turned on a tap or flushed a toilet, I heard the water pipes in my room. Would also point out this wasn't just my experience - heard three different couples asking at reception asking to change rooms becuase they had the same problem. The room and facilities needed a total overhaul and update.

Late cleaning of room 1st night

We had excellent service from all staff, esp from Chris at the Welcome Discovery Desk/Conceirge. The single beds both had sheets that were far too short for them, by about 1 metre! and thus they were too short to tuck in at one end.

Carpet was fairly stained and probably due for replacement.

Location of the hotel is great, being right in the CBD. We were there for the Australian Grand Prix, and the hotel was very handy for us. Would have been nice to have a queen sized bed, it has been a long time since I have slept in a single bed.

Our room was very, very small. Staff was helpfully and friendly.

Had to ring for bathroom linen on one occasion. Toiletries and complimentary tea service not replenished one day.

Ideal location for our needs. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Very comfortable and met our needs well.
