when we checked your counter staff were great and very helpful, when we needed advice about where things where and events in the city your concierge where always extremely kind and helpful.
all your breakfast staff should be congratulated on the wonderful job that they do.
on the odd occasion where we saw the hotel room maids they were also very courteous and nice.
so summing it all up i would like to thank all your staff on the exceptional job that they all do.
i don’t know whether you have staffing meeting but if you do please pass on my remarks to all your staff as they really do deserve it.
