I also mentioned to the desk clerk . That the room directly above us had a continual sound . It sounded like the only way I could describe it was like a dripping tap or something dripping constantly. This lasted up until 11pm I nearly rang reception several times however I must have fallen asleep in the mean time. I was very disappointed as I had stayed there before with my son and it is in such a great location.

Also the 1st floor bar was advertised as open until midnight, but was closing at 10.00 when we returned, and refused to serve us.
