Room was good and cozy and i would like to stay there again.

The staff behind the front desk are very helpful and pleasant.

It didn't help that their fire alarm went off twice (faulty) through the night after being up at 5.30 am that morning to catch flights. Makes for very grumpy hotel guests!! It was very small especially the bathroom but I guess you get what you pay for! The walls were also very thin allowing all the ablutions next door to be heard!

Should have hot chocolate sachets!!!!!

Location was good in that it was very handy for public transport but it was not a nice area of the city to stay in and I would feel nervous about being there on my own. Pillows were rock hard!

I booked a room with my girlfriends mother's credit card and upon checkout they advised it should not of been allowed and they wanted my girlfriend's mother to drive all the way into the city to sign for credit card charge. Which she refused to do, so I was not impressed with this.

Good quick checking in and checking out. Helpful staff. Great view. Lights could be upgraded to faciliate reading eg stronger bedlight.

Bascially I think it is very comfortable !

Initially chose hotel due to it's location and was happy enough with amenities and service to return and will do so again Well laid out and more fine for short stay

Friendly staff and excellent facilities My Wife and I witnessed a loud altercation between two Japanese visitors and were very impressed with the way the Hotel employee handled the situation in the foyer

All in all very good for the price. The room was excellent .. and had all amenities needed. maybe a CD player would have been good.. but I brought my own one... for NEW YEARS EVE

the location is a bit far from the major tourist attractions, but as a medium size hotel, it's definitely good value for money.

Well designed, and despite the fact that there were several conferences being held there....it seemed quiet to us. We also liked the seating that was available to guests outside of our room on the 13th floor. Soap and other dispenser in bathroom is a very good idea. Very good use of modular furniture. We didn't realise that we had to increase the 'fridge temperature - until our fresh milk went off! Maybe guests need to be alerted about this. We weren't able to operate the bedside radio - but we didn't report this. It probably did work, but we were just inept!

It was very spacious and comfortable.

Reception staff very helpful and efficient. No instructions on how TV operates. Unusual remote control.
