Conceige staff very helpful. Good selection of breakfast choice for buffet. Should give priority to HOtel guest for dining in Hotel without the need to consider reservation. Small but comfortable. Good Housekeeping service. I like to spa and swimming pool. Good location

The hotel is in a convenient and central location for the city nightlife. As we were travelling by train the next morning to Wauchope, NSW, it was ideal for us as the railway station was within walking distance of the hotel.
The staff were most polite, courteous and helpful and the room accommodation was excellent. The buffet breakfast was also very good, plenty of choice!!

The location was very handy, staff were helpful and room service food, although with not a wide choice, was
fine. The restaurant meals were superb.
My room was clean and comfortable but the one drawback was that there was a lot of noise from other guests.
I would stay again but would request a room further from the lifts.

I have been meaning to send the Manager of the Hotel a email about are stay but have not had the opportunity as yet so thank you of this email.
From the start of are stay to the end of it I have nothing but praise for your helpful kind and courteous staff.
When we checked your counter staff were great and very helpful, when we needed advice about where things where and events in the City your concierge where always extremely kind and helpful.
All your breakfast staff should be congratulated on the wonderful job that they do.
On the odd occasion where we saw the Hotel room maids they were also very courteous and nice.
So summing it all up I would like to thank all your staff on the exceptional job that they ALL do.
I don’t know whether you have staffing meeting but if you do please pass on my remarks to ALL your staff as they really do deserve it.

tHE HOTEL IS IN EASY WALKING DISTANCE OF ALL DARLING HARBOUR ATTRACTIONS. E.G. ENTERTAINEMNT CENTRE, CHINATWON , PADDYS MARKETS

After settling down in our room we found we had been put on a smoking floor, this is not what we had asked for, and the room service was poor. The Hotel is well located and the staff very good,and at time of check out, did take note of our complaints. We will stay here again.

The room was very dusty which was ashame. I also mentioned to the desk clerk . That the room directly above us had a continual sound . It sounded like the only way I could describe it was like a dripping tap or something dripping constantly. This lasted up until 11pm I nearly rang reception several times however I must have fallen asleep in the mean time. I was very disappointed as I had stayed there before with my son and it is in such a great location.

Staff were professional, friendly. We will be staying at this hotel next time we are in Sydney.

Only one majot complaint - the breakfast service was a joke - two breakfast types, with no clear distcinctin about what was included, and the food at 9.30 was cooling and choice was limited, but they serve until ten. Also the 1st floor bar was advertised as open until midnight, but was closing at 10.00 when we returned, and refused to serve us.
