As we were travelling by train the next morning to Wauchope, NSW, it was ideal for us as the railway station was within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were most polite, courteous and helpful and the room accommodation was excellent. The buffet breakfast was also very good, plenty of choice!!

The restaurant meals were superb. My room was clean and comfortable but the one drawback was that there was a lot of noise from other guests. I would stay again but would request a room further from the lifts.

From the start of are stay to the end of it I have nothing but praise for your helpful kind and courteous staff. When we checked your counter staff were great and very helpful, when we needed advice about where things where and events in the City your concierge where always extremely kind and helpful. All your breakfast staff should be congratulated on the wonderful job that they do. On the odd occasion where we saw the Hotel room maids they were also very courteous and nice. So summing it all up I would like to thank all your staff on the exceptional job that they ALL do. I don’t know whether you have staffing meeting but if you do please pass on my remarks to ALL your staff as they really do deserve it. Thanks again for the opportunity to make comments. The Hotel is well located and the staff very good,and at time of check out, did take note of our complaints. We will stay here again.
