we had the best time at mercure patong, it was clean the staff were friendly and the pool was great. even once the sun had gone from the main huge pool for the day there was a rooftop pool to move to. mercure is in a great position, near markets, nightlife and close to the beach. the room was nice and always cleaned daily. it is obvious that this hotel is new.
we had a great time and will be returning soon hopefully :-)
