I found this hotel excellent. I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels, and this is quite comparable. All staff - no matter what area they were in - were friendly and helpful at all times. Its location was good, with easy access to transport and major shopping.
I also organise travel in my employment and would consider the Mercure Parramatta if it was appropriate. I have also recommended this to other work colleagues and friends.
