Good hotel with some broken processes

Suitable for: Business, Leisure, Couples

Enjoyed the stay. Wifi/internet were important to me (in room and around pool) and the process of setting it up was tortuous, with staff responding to requests for assistance with completely wrong advice. Took several hours before someone could finally give me the correct setup details. This could easily be fixed. Staff were courteous and trying to help - they just have not been properly informed.
