The buffet dinner/lunch is abit too expensive. The pool is good. Staffs are very polite. The check in timing was delayed for quite awhile too. The center of the bed is sinking. I was suffering from backache in the morning. The aircondition is not cold enough. Short of 2 face towels.

We arrived at midnight and left at 5 am so our comments regarding the hotel would be made up.

The hotel staff sholud promote the facilities more readily. The facilities are just wasted without people knowing about them. the rates at sports facilities is reasonably priced. Some of the fittings needs to be fixed eg the door rails. The towel was delivered late. Our 2 rooms betwee parent and the children were quite far apart.

It help a lot for those who self drive and the staff at the customer service is very helpful . I appreciate you provide map for us . The quality of the bed not good. I encounter that my bed sinking at the middle portion for the king size . Furthermore , i find the white bedsheet had some black stain Beside that , Air condition is not very cold. When the room face the golf , there is lot of mosquite .
