 Mercure Bali is an affordable 4 stars hotel with well recognize Accor services and brand. Perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, with easy access to Kuta Beach, Kuta's shopping area and Kuta's bustling night live entertainment. Beach is only a 3 minutes walk across the Kuta Beach street. 130 exclusive rooms with balcony offer the perfect blend between traditional and modern design. All hotel rooms feature key card lock for security, air conditioning, bathtub/shower with hot and cold water, IDD phone, satellite TV, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, and sofa bed. This hotel was brilliant!
The hotel is centrally located in Kuta and very accessible. The room was clean and comfortable but the corridor was quite badly lit. Staff do not respond very well to customer, especially in restaurant, to asian. I feel being neglected.
