I said this because its located with in walking distance of Nadi's popular bars and restaurants. No need for a driver, or cab fare...the hotel and staff are helpful and friendly - pacific style ;) i missed the pool table though :/ i enjoyed my stay thank you

Staff were friendly and helped with any questions we had but the hotel itself is a bit run down. Our room size was decent with a balcony - good for smokers - which had a view over the pool. Don't know if i'd actually swim in that pool, it looked a bit cloudy. All in all, the hotel served the purpose of a one night stay before heading out to the islands (location wasn't really an issue for us). I would stay again for the same purpose - as a one or two night stay.

Great place to stay. The airport shuttle driver let me stop at an ATM to get some cash. Restuarant has great food and ambience outside around the pool at night

My wife and I stayed in the Mercure for 3 days in late June and thought that the hotel was quite good value for money. The room we stayed in wasn't big but it was tidy and mostly clean, although we did find a few cockroaches. We thought that this was most likely due to the tropical climate and abundance of insects rather than the hotel being dirty. The service was fairly good and almost all staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. The restauraunt wasn't so good and we thought the prices were quite high for what we got but that seemed to be the case with almost everywhere we went in Fiji. The thing we most liked about the place was the ambiance of the reception/restaurant/pool area. It was very nice, especially at night when lit up with the torches and lights it was a nice scene to look over while we sat on the balcony in our room and had evening drinks. For the price of the stay it was a reasonable place. I would recommend it as a low to mid-range hotel. No real complaints except for the pillows; they were terrible and gave us both really sore necks.

The hotel was comfortable and very convenient for a stop-over to island resorts. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was fine and fairly average.

The only complaint was the food for the evening meal which was poor. My wife's pizza was undercooked but my curry was satisfactory.

The pickup from the airport was much appreciated

We have stayed here before and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Now that the rooms have been refurbished they are more comfortable and pleasant to stay in.

The room was fine the food and service at the dinning room was very ordinary. We had to find our own cutlery and the service was very bad, food not much taste and did not seem all that fresh at breakfast except for the omlet. It needs a lot of work. We where happy with the room it was very comfortable.

a pleasant hotel with a very good manager . our room was next to the staircase: very noisy though when people pass at night .

Meals were excellent and service was good. Staff very friendly - which is usuall in Fiji ! No complaints at all. Air conditioning was on when we arrived and also Refrigerator which was excellent

the floor in the bathroom flooded with water when we turned on the shower.

The room was a long way up and the futherest possible one away for the few hours that we were there one more central would have been good.

Ordered wake up call . Came 35 minutes late. No running water when we woke up- for 15-20 minutes out of sink tap.

Staff were very pleasant and lovely to have around.

Brilliant Generally good. Air conditioning too loud and too cold - seemed to have only one setting. (Rm 204)

The Hotel refused to provide Breakfast even though our booking form had Breakfast written on it. The management were unhelpful and unprofessional. As a result of this extremely dissapointing experience and managements complete lack of assistance or understanding, I shall not be staying at an Accor Hotel again regardless of which country it is in. A reasonable Hotel ruined by awful management! Thouroughly annoyed!

The overall hotel is outstanding. Has a pool - tennis court - and the food is great. The room will meet your needs - has a small fridge - tv - and the bathroom is adequate. The staff are nice and will help out with anything you need - which is a plus - as this is not always common - as we all know.
