The Novotel, in the centre of Abu Dhabi, has now been badged as a Mercure. The hotel is a convenient overnight stay for us on our way from Australia to France, In connection with our business Six Cottages in France. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are well appointed, although strangely lacking one bedside table. I am sure if we had asked one would have been found for us. The air conditioning is effective, and there are two good restaurants, as well as a wide ranging room service menu. The buffet breakfast is excellent and includes a chef, who will cook eggs and omelettes to order. A great place to stay. We plan to return, as for our next trip to France early next year with Etihad. We travel once or twice a year to Europe in connection with our business, Six Cottages in France. We always stop over for one night to break the journey. The Novotel Centre Hotel was just what we were looking for for our overnight stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was comfortable and welcoming, and the restaurant facilities first rate. We will be staying there again on our return journey in three months' time. the location of this hotel was perfect as i was visiting a friends place closeby. the hotel staff was very courteous and accomodating. they tried everything possible to make our stay great. thanks to all of them n especially the front office staff. the hotels rates could be a little cheaper compared to the facilities n amenities.thank u

I found the hotel booking through holiday city and my stay at novotel best match for one's business or family trip to Abu Dhabi. The hotel's location being at the heart of abu dhabi would make it very easy to travel at any part from the hotel. The services also were found to be giving value for the money.
