I wanted a non-smoking room with a King size bed upon checking in although I couldnt
get my request through during my internet booking.The staff and reception promptly granted my wishes and made my stay as comfortable as possible!

I would highly recommend Mercure Batam for couples who are looking for a quiet getaway and more importantly if privacy is top most on your agenda.
The hotel is situated just minutes from eateries and the malls yet away from other busier hotels which might have too many nosy noisy tourists. Another plus point is the Circle K convenient store which is just 100 meters away.
The huge room is value for money and the service provided by the staff is second to none because of its Mercure brand.
It was a superb holiday for me and for sure i will choose no other hotel for my future trips to Batam.

I appreciate our stay in Mercure Hotel. All the expectations that I am looking for were met. That was the first time I 've heard my girlfriend said that "Of all the hotel we've had this is the best and most impressive one". It is cozy and all the employees were very polite. And the foods although I have not tried all were delicious. The only criticism is that it is far from the International Ferry, but not too far. In fact it is easy to find. I would say that our stay here were satisfied. And I will choose again Mercure Hotel, a place to stay in, if given a chance to visit again Indonesia. And would probably refer it to a friend, relative, etc. who will going to visit Indonesia.

THE HOTEL IS IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION, BUT THE VIEW AT THE NEXT HOTEL IS BAD BUILDING. THE HOTEL'S NAME HAS CHANGED AS "HOTEL MERCURY BATAM"

This Hotel Exceeded in our expectation in most of the depts. except Jacuji which was not functional .....and swimming pool ..a bit small
but these things did not deter us to enjoy

overall it was pleasent experience with nice food...always smiling staff.....and services matching with the best.

Only stayed one night in hotel but really enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly and helpful in making me feel at home.

This Hotel gives you a big room with nice and clean bed eventhough you booked for standard room. Food is excellent I like the fried rice served with chicken satay.

Not a waliking distance from city attraction e.g shopping area. However, taxis are always available, no problem with transportation No documents on the hotel e.g food promotion, hotel amenities, etc

All the staffs from different dept are very polite,they did provide good services..im impressed with it. basically the air-con in my room no.302 was not really in function as i tried at low temperature but it was unchange...there is no need blanket for me till the next morning...

please set up a good tour service to help the guests better the room we stayed was on the main road side, it was really noisy, we could hardly sleep.

should provide additional information in prints (eg. maps)about the places of interest in the surrounding area. well-maintained
