Ageing gracefully

Hotel was quite OK, staff friendly and helpful. Location on the river is very good and was excellent for viewing fireworks on the riverside. Room however is definately starting to show it's age as well as the decor. Also found the room to be quite small. Couldn't really pass this as a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star. As a way of seeing the new year firworks it's definately a foot in the door at a reasonable price.

Great hotel

We loved the Menam Riverside. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean, big and comfortable. They have a water taxi that will take you right to the skytrain. Very affordable and very nice.

Fine hotel, with excellent facilities. Excellent breakfasts and free transfer to airport especially appreciated. Only drawback was the air conditioning, which I found too cold (even when turned down). Otherwise hotel and its amenities absolutely first-rate.
