Adequate furnishing in the room made my stay there very comfortable. The only issue I have was that the bathtub was heavily stained, particularly around the edges, possibly caused by rusty bathroom fittings. The towels aren't too clean either. The bathroom experience could be improved.

Would be better if the hotels in holidaycity offers a choice of whether to choose rooms with breakfast or not.

Only problem was not having good soundproofing on the room, as we were woken up and kept awake from 4am while a band set up across the road and started sound testing!!

at RM250++ per nite, can get better hotel in KL. Room is old. Computer in the room old too.

Very friendly staff and excellent location, just 10 meters from a sky train station and in front of a really good mall. A really good room.

The staff are extremely polite and their breakfast buffet was the most enjoyable meal of my trip. Filled with various handy appliances such as a kettle and ironing board, and the room has a cosy setting.

the staff are courteous. the el patio manager, mr alex has always been able to make my stay at melia a pleasant one. he is the best food manager i've come across so far. the air-con grill is full of dust

I expected a lot more facilties for a 4 stars hotel that can be used without an extra payment. For example the facilties in the executive SPA should be available for usage without an extra charges. The parking space is terribly bad until I have to park in the nearby shopping complex. Government servant discount should be even made applicable for internet booking as there no diffence between telephone and internet booking.

There were no pool towels or pool attendant when I went for a swim. I was very impressed with the breakfast staff - they were attentive, polite and were quick to fill up my coffee.

1. A gym would be nice.

The hotel is located at the heart of the shopping belt in KL and is well-placed near the Imbi monorial station that easily connects you to any other part of KL. There is lots of food nearby which is open til late and there is even a 7-Eleven outlet just next door. The room is spacious and comes with comfortable beds. The air-con system is powerful , good enough to combat the city's heat.

Furniture is dirty and needs replacing

1. I often staying at Hotel Concorde & Mandarin Oriental. Jus named a few: Hotel concorde phone charge can b as low as 35cents 4 local call when the lines got thru. Cellphone charge never exceed RM3 for that few minutes talk. Few complimentary bottles drinking water always there when cleaning room & turn down service. Free B/fast til 11pm on weekend. A business center that provides all soft drinks, fruits & water til 11pm at nite. Pick up service of airtickets & executive floor & room. What matter most...they charged the same net price as ur hotel.
