Can reach hotel from airport via airport express train, then monorail, although there are a couple of sets of stairs. Outstanding breakfast, very good curries and congee.

The hotel is in a convenient location for shopping, nice restaurants, and transportation for sightseeing etc. Also the hotel provides a good service for all tourism needs. Would definitely like to stay at the Melia again, and will recommend to friends visiting Malaysia.

On both occassions, we had to spend at least 20 - 30mins just to check into the hotel. This is very disturbing considering that I had pre-booked the hotel and that all information and room allocation should have been done prior to our arrival.
