nice 4 star hotel in a good location. Had everything you would need or expect. upgraded to a deluxe so was very nice

To upgrade the swimming pool, too small, make me dissapointed. Toilet Bath got some water stain that might feel not clean.

The front dest staff are very unfriendly and restaurant food are very poor ! The room rate is too high ! Need to improve.

I have skipped breakfast, because of the queue. I went to starbucks. For the prize you must get a solution for the breakfeastroom. Be prepared for European cables for electricity for laptops.

Nil The PC in the room keeps crashing, probably due to the OS that is being used. Should upgrade the OS in the PC to Win XP.

car park is not friendly there is no lift landing at Basement 3 aircon is pretty stuffy. & complimentary welcome drinks should be served in the room not at the lounge area.

Very conveniently located... Major shopping centres are just situated around the corner. Very well equipped room, and spacious too.

Excellent value for money, will definitely return. The twin queen sized double bed was a pleasant surprise, my 2 girls who share the same bed did so comfortably. The pillows were however too soft for me, I am used to sleeping on firm support pillow. On the whole the standard of cleanliness was superb.
