I must comment on the service of the hotel and concierge. They were friendly and we had no problems getting umbrellas from them as the weather was not very kind to us during our visit. The service staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, my family and I had a good and pleasant stay at the hotel.

I travelled many countries and stayed in many Hotels. But the stay in Melia Hotel attraced me very much. The location is very nice, taxi, Bus and train service is very near.

Unfortunately my booking in this hotel was for three nights only; also my family was too upset because they want to stay for more nights, in fact the location very good and also facilities very nice, in my next vacation I promise my family to stay in this hotel again, reception and service staff very helpfull with me.

Did not like the fact that the staff at front of hotel would not help with catching cabs. Room wasnt cleaned on two occassions until after 4pm.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Its right opposite the Times Square (which is a pretty big shopping mall), and walking distance to BB Plaza, Lot10 and Sungei Wang Plaza, which are like the best shopping sites in the area. The location is "smack in the middle" of Bukit Bintang, and just a small walk behind the hotel and you will find great indoor and outdoor eating places. Furthermore, the monorail station is just opposite the hotel, if you need to travel further away from Bukit Bintang.

Really enjoyed out stay at the Melia hotel, great location for business and leisure. comfortable rooms and attentive staff.

In a very interesting and handy location. Can reach hotel from airport via airport express train, then monorail, although there are a couple of sets of stairs.
Outstanding breakfast, very good curries and congee.

Melia hotel staff were very courteous and co-operative. The hotel is in a convenient location for shopping, nice restaurants, and transportation for sightseeing etc. Also the hotel provides a good service for all tourism needs. Would definitely like to stay at the Melia again, and will recommend to friends visiting Malaysia.

I had stayed in this hotel twice over the last 2 months. On both occassions, we had to spend at least 20 - 30mins just to check into the hotel. This is very disturbing considering that I had pre-booked the hotel and that all information and room allocation should have been done prior to our arrival.

Its enough I m enjoy stay there For Muslim guest like me, its better if you privide sajadah and Holy Quran

The pool was very small. The price we paid was expansive given the lack of facilities in comparison to Hotel Istana. The reception is efficient. Overall, a small hotel. We booked two adjoining rooms. The furniture in one of the rooms was quite old. The bathroom was not as modern as other hotels. It was clean

This was our first visit to KL and we took the opportunity to stop-over on our way home to Western Australia from Italy and we both now wish we had made more time for a longer stay at the Melia It is the main reason why we plan to come back to KL and we would not stay anywhere else. We arrived before normal check in time from Italy and the staff had a room cleaned and made up for us especially. After a 12 hour flight we were so greatfull. And the room was immaculate. Thank you.

Rooms titbits or beverages should be checked and replenished properly b4 next guest arrives. I was questioned a number of times (on missing boxes of titbits in the room) whether I had consumed the snack in the room which clearly I had not. I was even being questioned by one of yr staff if I had called to inform them of missing titbits boxes (which my daughter had earlier discovered when we checked into the room). Is it my duty to check if all the amenities in the room has been replenished when I checked into the room?

Front office staff serving us on arrival was sullen. Didn't prompt us even when second room was already ready for occupation. We had to go down to front desk to re-affirm. On settling bill upon departure, no goodbye or thanks from serving staff. My family and I were totally ignored. Bell service was not proactive. My compliments nevertheless to housekeeping staff for promptness and accuracy. Would be nice to have slippers and safe deposit box. There should be two cakes of soap (for bathing and face) i/o one

the bathroom could have been a bit more modern it let the rest of the room down - the bath was stained
