Room wasnt cleaned on two occassions until after 4pm.

Its right opposite the Times Square (which is a pretty big shopping mall), and walking distance to BB Plaza, Lot10 and Sungei Wang Plaza, which are like the best shopping sites in the area. The location is "smack in the middle" of Bukit Bintang, and just a small walk behind the hotel and you will find great indoor and outdoor eating places. Furthermore, the monorail station is just opposite the hotel, if you need to travel further away from Bukit Bintang.
