Should have done inspection on food before serving to hotel guests. Room was cosy and comfortable. Perhaps can add more interesting TV channels such as HBO ?

Made three reports to repair PC speakers in room, but no one bothered. Asked for extra blanket, but was given a begrudging answer. Asked for more coffee sachets, but was told that they can't give us too much! I didn't expect such one star level of service from a 4 star hotel!

In cases like this, it will be fairer if the hotel could extend the check-out time. Overall, very pleased with the room and the standard of maintenance and cleanliness. Will certainly stay there again.

It was so loud, it was difficult to hear the TV.
