The hotel was lovely. Breakfast very good. The only thing I didn't like was traffic noise outside.

My stay in this hotel met my expectation.Room is big enough and comfortable..but if bed is super single will be good.Breakfast is perfect. Hotel carpark too narrow and limited carpark lot. Hotel location was in the heart of the city.Directly opposite Time Square and few min walk to Bukit Bintang. Overall,i am happy staying this hotel.

I like the premium room and the location of the hotel. The only thing i would like to suggest is to fix a bidet in the toilet . This is good especially for children to clean up themself. It is quite difficult to go up into the bath tub to clean with water. Otherwise everything is perfect.

My stay with my wife was excellent.. ofcourse i would have expected a better pool and a more privacy while swimming.. the location suited us well and we enjoyed the room ambience very well. 1st day the breakfast was not properly advised so we did not get the full spread.... ofcourse the food was very good. i hope to return and ofcourse will recommend this hotel to my friends and relations

The staff were most helpful and not appearing to hang around just to collect tips from the guests. On our day of departure, your front office manager, Mr Fazal, was most helpful so that we could have a shower before our flight at a time much later than the normal checkout time.

During our stay, we reported a small problem on basin's tap in the morning and it was rectified by the time we returned from our shopping. The room is big and clean with great view. The spread of the breakfast buffet is great cover a great variety of food.

Breakfast taste not so good, Melia is 4 star hotel supposed serve like 4 star taste. If compare with 4 star hotel in Indonesia, our hotel' s breakfast taste much better

As a first visit to the hotel, I had a very nice experience; the services were vey good and the location is excellent for shopping. The room is very spacious, clean and the room-service respects one's privacy whenever it is required. One thing that could be improved though is the sonority in the rooms. Even though I was on the 8th floor, I could hear the sound of vehicles from the street, people shouting from outside, as well as the nice music which is played in the corridors of the hotel all night long. This is sometimes disturbing, specially when a good night's sleep is required. Everything apart that was perfect.

I made a last minute stay at the Melia most of the hotels were unavailable. The location is superb and is within walking distance to All shoppings. Their staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast spread is good as well. Though the room seems a little old but overall it's value for money. I would definitely go back there again

This Hotel is in the best area right on the sky train line and Time Square The Hotel serves a very good breakfast with a very large choise.I have staved there twice and would stay there every time I an in K.L.

I honestly have to say that I was extremely impressed.

The staff, the security, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom and all services were outstanding.

The array of choices for breakfast and evening meals were more than I could have hoped for. The quality of table service and the food was exemplary.

I have no constructive comments to make which speaks for itself. I do however have a question which I should have asked whilst there.....

I am a member of a large dance group. We are all very keen Jivers (similar to Rock and Roll dancing). If a number of us were to come next year as a group, is there a dance floor available at the hotel, could we bring our music (iPod) and would you have a sound system available that we could plug this into?

YES, I FIND ALL THEIR STAFF ARE QUITE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL ESPECIALLY THE FRONT OFFICE AND THE PARKING ATTENDENT.

Hotel location is excellent as it is located directly opposite the Huge Berjaya Times Square. It is also very convenient to get around the city as it has a monorail right infront of the hotel. Staff service is fairly good and the room is spacious. Would recommend this hotel to those who are going to KL. ^^

My wife and I found this hotel to be excellent value for money. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Its location was very good for the things we wanted to do.
Our breakfast was included in the price and they were second to none. Quantity and quality were very good.
Had some difficulty with street noise on one occassion.

Would recommend it to anyone and would return again as long as it maintains this standard.

I would like to praise the staffs whom service us during arrival (a young lady) and during request a room change (a young man). Both of them were more than courteousy and warmest helpful, especially the young man, when I told him (please find out the name, and again, send my Thank You to him) my family was being complaint by neighbour, and without hesitation, he immediately arrange another room for us. Their warm hearted service will definitely invite us to stay with Melia Hotel Kuala Lumpur again in near future.
