Additional money were frozen in my account for a period of 2 weeks. But were given back after the 14day period. Modern rooms, but no view

I would not rate this as a 5 star outlet. It will only be a 3! Same sentiments from others who have stayed at this property. At the rate that I have paid, I would be much better off staying at Ibis & Novotel which are in the same vicinity. Appreciate if you could forward these feedback to the hotel. The room we had were facing a construction site. Hence its very dusty and not well cleaned. Hotel could have avoided this by not allocating rooms to guests, which are full facing of the construction area.
