The service was brilliant and never a problem. We stored our bags after check at no addition fee. We had a studio room which was perfect for us as we only need a bed for the night and didnt require a large room. Also we had a balcony with slight views of darling harbour

Tidy and great staff, swimming pool was well used. Clean and comfortable, the curtains could have done with a spurce up and we fixed the pull handle on a couple in the apartment.

Air conditioning was suboptimal - even though I stayed during winter, I ended up having to have the balcony door open much of the time (suffering the noise)as the room was stuffy and hot.

Pls if customer left something when they check out, pls keep first for about a week than you can throw away.
