Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times. Only downside was the entry to pool area unclear (doors blocked off and had to enter through gym area, but no directional signage) Pleasantly surprised at the good size of the Studio Room

A brilliant hotel, all rooms have a balcony, perfect location for the convention centre, comfortable, spacious well equipped, staff very helpful. I would recommend to anyone

There was no offer of a porter to take our luggage up to our room on arrival, nor was there an offer on departure. Didn't like having to take our luggage ourselves. The room was exactly as described. More than adequate for 2 people.

staff very friendly; only thing that is not so nice is the view...but location is excellent. Nice room layout - one bedroom and one living room with kitchen. Good size
