The staff at the Inn was very helpful and courteous. The shuttle for the West Edmonton Mall was held up in traffic so the hotel paid for taxis to and from the mall. We attended the Dinner Theatre - the show was great, food excellent, and service wonderful. It was good value for the money and I would highly recommend it. The workout gym is old, but certainly serves the purpose.

I had stayed at the Mayfield Inn several years ago and it was just an ordinary event. But this time, booked through HolidayCity, I was given a wonderful room for a very reasonable rate. I was really impressed! The people at the reception desk were very friendly. The room space was large with a very comfortable bedroom, a well-designed separate TV lounge room, plus a very nice bathroom. I had all the facilities to accomodate my laptop. In addition a huge buffet breakfast was included. After enjoying my stay I made my way very easily through the city from this location. I shall return.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at the Mayfield. The 1st stay was great, but unfortunately every stay since then has gone down a notch in our books. The room this time was good for our needs, but the AC system did not work properly. The furnishings were out dated and old (we were in the Tower side). The other 3 stays had been in the newer side. Had problems there as well. We will probably pick another hotel for our next stay in Edmnton. The free breakfast buffet is sub-par to say the least (food not hot).
