An excellent stay at Hotel Maya

We are a family of 4 with two teens and had booked one Junior Suite plus one double room. We got this with connecting doors, very good. The rooms were big and with an excellent view over the Petronas Towers. The hotel staff were very helpful and service minded. Food and dining at the hotel very good.
The only small remark is that there is no sundeck by the pool but this was compensated by the Sky Lounge on the 13th floor.
We would stongly recommend this hotel!

Opulence at a reasonable price

The Hotel Maya is only a few minutes walk from KLCC and has a wonderful view of the Petronas Towers. The staff are extremely courteous and warm, so that although the hotel is quite large, it has the intimacy of a smaller establishment. Excellent fare available in the restaurants. A fine hotel and very good value.

Nice, clean, quite and lovley place to stay, location is within the heart of KL, close to Petronas towers and shopping areas, friendly staff and very good services never try there food so i can not evaluate thier food services

The only issue was with the concierge service, which did not quite match our expectations. Tended to be over interested in organising business for hotel associates than in providing real service to the guests.

I'm only worried it will get too popular - this is a wonderful place and I'm delighted I found both it and your service: I admit I was a bit worried, having never heard either of Holiday City or of the Maya; I thought perhaps I'd arrive and they'd say they had no reservation, or it would be a terrible place. But I went on trust, and was well rewarded with a great experience. Thanks.

It was a pleasant experience with Maya Hotel. I felt total relaxed the moment I came into Maya Hotel. They will be definately my first choice of hotel for my next visit to KL. The room is tasteful deco. i love it. With the coffee facilities, we enjoyed a nice coffee moment. Great!
