The hotel was very pleasant. We were a bit disappointed that every day we had to ask for extra towels. There were four of us staying in the room and only three towels were ever left. Also as we had kids with us we wanted to get our own breakfast in our room, although the hotel knew there were four of us there was only supplied two of everything (cups, plates, bowls, knives forks etc),

There was one day that we got kicked out for room service about 9.30am then we arrived back the cleaners had somehow put the security stay on and we were locked out of our room, after about 45mins sitting in the corridor waiting for them to figure out how to get into the room,we decided to go for a walk, there was no appology ever made for the inconvenience.

Room service was good, a little bit expensive.

Would recommend this hotel as it is very central to all facilities. Overall had a very nice stay.

Amazing pool. Really excellent value for money. The room was spotless and beautiful refurbished.

When asked which way was the quickest to the airport, the front staff could only show us up to the end of the map which was about 10 minutes before the airport. There needs to be bigger beds, like queen sizes where there's two beds per room.

I did not stay long enough to enjoy the facilites or take much notice what was available It was wonderful and I enjoyed everyminute of it. Wll certainly stay next time I am in Sydney.

The Marriott hotel has an excellent culture which I have noted each time have stayed there. It is always my first choice for accommodation when visiting Sydney. Our only problem was that we did not know there was a second Marriott in Sydney now and we ended up staying at the other one to our friends from London, however in the end it all worked out OK and we had a wonderful weekend. The executive level with access to the lounge was wonderful.
