Hotel was very nice in terms of location and ambience.Amenities wise is ok but not comparable to Asian Hotels in terms of size and nos of amenities

Nice hotel, it was a shame that we were forced to evacuate the hotel early Sunday morning due to a fire alarm sounding. The hotel appologised but it did wake us and spoil the morning as we had to walk around the perimeter of the hotel on a very cold early morning, feeling anxious about the alarm which later turned out to be a false alarm Very noce, fantastic view

Great location for tourism. The small soap bar had been used. A little thing I know, but still very unusual.

large pool, towels provided so dont need to bring them or get them dried room service very prompt very clean, lots of toiletries etc provided, great views of big ben and london eye
