Recommendation:   By Mrs.Susan Tiu The reception were not aware of the stay award anytime. We have to wait for a long time before they could process it. they are not flexible. . Toilet needs improvement. They did'nt prepare the two extra down pillows which we requested earlier. Doesn't ... refill the ice cubes everyday. they did'nt even wash the ice bucket.
