The reception were not aware of the Stay award anytime. We have to wait for a long time before they could process it. They are not flexible. Toilet needs improvement. They did'nt prepare the two extra down pillows which we requested earlier. Doesn't refill the ice cubes everyday. They did'nt even wash the ice bucket.
