Canadian niagra
After crossing the bridge from the us i had some minor difficulties finding the hotel from the opposite side of town. The only improvement i could think of was on the hotels website detailed driving instructions to and a small exploded map of the surrounding
... landmarks/buildings. Tho' i simply asked directions once, and turned around twice to pull right up to the valet.
oh and perhaps a pair of hot chocolate envelopes along with tea and coffee.
as for the hotel staff, all were extremely helpful, informative, and professional. From the front desk, to the valets and bellman, to the service tech/locksmith who opened the safe since the previous guest had left it locked. All minor details were successfully handled immediately or within five minutes as with the only case of the safe. Congeniality ruled our stay and made it most pleasureable for my personal guest who had never been to niagra before. She was quite impressed.
would i recomend? absolutely! actually have already done so, and a co-worker is planning a trip up before the real winter sets in. I on the other hand plan a return trip near the beginning of spring.
