Travel straight down Nudgee Road and at the Sixth set of lights turn right onto Kingsford Smith Drive. Follow 'Kingsford Smith Drive' onto Breakfast Creek Road. Follow Breakfast Creek Road and it will turn into Ann St. Follow Ann St through Fortitude Valley and turn left into Macrossan St (3rd left after the Big Sandstone Wall on Left hand side). Go Through one set of lights then turn right into Howard St. The entrance of the Marriot Brisbane is approximately 100 meter on the right.

From Coolangatta Airport (OOL): Left on to Gold Coast Highway( #1) which leads on to the Pacific Highway (M1) Follow to Brisbane and take Elizabeth St Off Ramp. Proceed along Elizabeth St leading on to Eagle St. Follow Eagle St turning Right on to Queen St. Follow Queen St turning Right on to Adelaide St (past front entrance of Marriot Brisbane) 1st set of lights turn Right in to Macrossan St. Right in to Howard St.
