The staff were friendly and helpful. Once we found the doors to the shopping arcades the access to the hotel was enhanced.

Room decor is very modern but not always practical (We had a lot of bags and there was not enough space to store and move them around) We did have problems with the door key cards not allowing access to lifts/rooms and had to change it each day! Italian restaurant was good, staff very attentive and knowledgeable and the menu extensive. The coffeeshop seafood buffet had a lot of quantity but not quality! Did not try other outlets or room service Nice to be adjoined to the mall but the access is not good for families with push chairs or wheel chair access as there is a long staircase to be tackled which leads thru to the mall. One strange thing was they do not offer a shuttle service to the airport and when taxis are in short supply (like weekends and rainy days) this can be a pain.
